1. Bagmati Rural Municipality invites sealed bids or electronic bids from Nepalese eligible bidders for the Naya Gaun Maire Khanepane yojana ward no.3 under National Competitive Bidding procedures. The estimated amount for the works is Rs. (in NRs) 6959823.62 (Exclusive of VAT and Contingencies)
2. Bidder may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system www. bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit a non-refundable fee of NRs. 3000.0 for the cost of bidding document in the Project's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below Information to deposit the cost of bidding document in Bank:

3. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at the date and time given in the bid document.
4. Sealed or electronic bids must be submitted to the office Bagmati Rural Municipality, Bhattedanda,
Lalitpur, Bagmati Province, Bagmati Gaupalika, Nepal by hand/courier or through PPMO website
www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 04-08-2025 12:00. Bids received after this deadline will be
rejected.
5. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 04-08-2023 14:00 at the office of Bagmati Rural Municipality Bhattedada Lalitpur Bagmati Province Bagmati Gaupalika Nepal. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of NRs. 209000, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
